Deliveries during COVID-19

It has recently become clear that Royal Mail deliveries are facing unpredicatable delays due to increased demand and staff shortages in some areas of the UK. Delivery times can no longer be guaranteed and we have recently seen packages sent under our standard service take anywhere between 2 and 15 days to arrive.

Royal Mail information about Coronavirus service changes

To help you to receive your order more quickly, we have reduced the price of our next working-day courier delivery service to £4.50 (normally £6.95).
